Owners did great work teaching their puppies to sit with distractions and when very excited. After then getting their attention in a positive way, they taught them to give eye contact on cue. Who doesn’t want to gaze into their puppy’s eyes. A great class again! 🐶😍

We had beautiful sunshine for last week’s Walk and Talks. Dolly gets braver every week and enjoyed splashing around in muddy puddles. Mac just enjoyed getting muddy when he wasn’t looking down rabbit holes with Leo 🐰🐶🐾

Owners worked well on recalling their dogs from play. Not easy when they’re having as much fun as these guys were! This was followed with some impulse control to calm everything down a little 🐶😊🐾

Dolly and Ernie had fun playing before the class started and managed to find the only patch of mud available to roll in while Leo welcomed Rufus. They then all focused very well for the Paws Up (and off) exercise followed by the owners teaching them that a head examination can be a pleasant experience.Continue reading “Paws Up Pups! 🐾🐶”
